4-H Club Fair Responsibilities

All clubs will help with set up on Sunday, July 19 at 3:00 pm and clean up on Saturday, July 25 at 3:00 pm

FOOD STAND SCHEDULE

Clubs will be responsible for providing workers for the food stand as indicated below. Please make sure there is at least 1 adult at all times. If there are young 4-Hers (7-8) please make sure there are also some older 4-Hers to help them. Each club will provide 6 pies. Cream pies are okay since we will keep them refrigerated. If you bring pumpkin pie please provide whipped topping. Each club will bring 1 gallon of homemade ice cream for food stand.

Work Schedule:

Wednesday, July 22

9 am – 1 pm LWA and GGG – 2 workers 9-11 and 3 workers 11-1
1 pm – 5 pm SC and PA – 2 workers
5 to 10 pm HH and TTT – 3 workers 5-8 and 2 workers 8-10:30

Thursday, July 23

9 am – 1 pm HH and TTT – 2 workers
1 pm – 5 pm LWA and GGG – 2 workers
5 to 10 pm SC and PA – 2 workers

Friday, July 24

9 am – 1 pm SC and PA – 2 workers
1 pm – 5 pm HH and TTT – 2 workers
5 to 10 pm LWA and GGG – 2 workers

Saturday, July 25

9 am – Noon 1 worker per club – SC, HH, TTT
Noon – 3 pm 1 worker per club – GGG, PA, LWA

Ice Cream Social

Friday, July 24, 7:30 – 9:30 pm

Clubs will be responsible for providing workers as indicated below.
Each club will provide 2 gallons of homemade ice cream, any flavor.
Ready to serve at 7:30 pm at the Pavillion.

Work Schedule:

7:15 pm – 8:30 pm 1 worker each from SC, LWA and GGG
8:30 pm – 9:45 pm 1 worker each from HH, TTT and PA
